seasonal bisque featuring butternut squash and pumpkin from our garden, carrots, brown butter, cream, nutmeg, topped with roasted pepitas
Second Course
Pomegranate Salad
arugula, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries, candied nuts, feta, green apples, tossed in a pomegranate vinaigrette
Third Course
Vodka Tomato Penne
tomato cream sauce infused with Judgement Tree vodka, onion, sundried tomato, and smoked Italian sausage
Fourth Course
Steak au Poiure
peppercorn encrusted strip steak covered with a creamy Judgement Tree brandy sauce, served with lemon asparagus risotto

White Russian Cake
Judgement Tree vodka infused chocolate cake, whipped Baileys Irish Cream, topped with a Judgement Tree vodka and honey infused cherry
